Welcome to Ambassadors Resourcing
Ambassadors Resourcing is a specialist childcare and education recruitment company. We aim to resolve recruitment issues in the public and private sector by providing teachers, classroom assistants, learning support practitioners, nursery managers and deputies, nursery nurses, crèche workers, outreach and family support workers.
With over 30 years of specialist recruitment experience in the childcare and education sector our dedicated consultants will focus on exceeding your expectations. This will be achieved with the knowledge that Ambassadors Resourcing will have interviewed all candidates adhering at all times to the following 3 vital areas of childcare and education recruitment:
Quality
Every candidate is interviewed face to face by an experienced consultant who will spend time establishing the career path the applicant would like to take.
Suitability to assignment criteria is rigorously reviewed with relevant qualifications being checked. Every candidate is made fully aware of the responsibility of their role when undertaking an assignment on the client’s premises.
On completion of assignment all candidates will receive honest feedback on their assignment. The information will then form part of the “Ambassadors” working portfolio. A complaints procedure is in place with replies to problems guaranteed within 48 hours.
All “Ambassadors” have the opportunity to undertake CPD and nationally accredited training courses whilst being continuously informed and updated on changes directly related to the childcare and education industry. We believe in the merits of an enhanced, qualified work force which has their career aspirations reviewed and developed on an ongoing basis.
